Compliance, Safety, and Insurance
All transportation is delivered by independent, licensed motor carriers. We only refer carriers that represent they maintain required insurance and, where applicable, DOT/FMCSA authority.
Legal Status & Disclaimers (Read This)
- We are a concierge/referral service. We do not own or operate vehicles. We are not a motor carrier and do not employ drivers.
- Your contract is with the carrier you choose. The carrier is solely responsible for drivers, vehicles, safety, service quality, legal compliance, and on-time performance.
- Pricing, deposits, cancellations, wait-time, damages, and refunds are governed by the carrier’s terms. Review them carefully before paying.
- By requesting quotes, you authorize us to share your trip details with vetted carriers to obtain pricing and availability.
- We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or service issues of any carrier. If plans change, we’ll help you communicate with the carrier or source alternatives when possible.
